Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to work throughout the Cadden Group in three main sites; Lusty Beg Island, The Enniskillen Hotel and Pats Bar. Job Role: The Sales Coordinator has direct responsibility for all elements of sales. This role is expected to be a 40 hour role, with time to be managed by yourself, with flexibility built into your week to meet the needs of the business/ directors. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7To monitor all current and future sales against: a) Historic sales dates b) Projected sales c) Sales budget to present these when required and to ensure targets are being met. \xc2\xb7 Development, oversight, and management of all routes to market. \xc2\xb7 To be a central contact to all sales through the group, and that information is being communicated to all relevant managers/ HODs \xc2\xb7 To control the production and management of all sales materials, ensure that all PR and print media is on brand, accurate and readily available. \xc2\xb7 Involvement in a sales capacity in the development of new business \xc2\xb7 Identifying the need and employing sub-contractors to ensure the delivery of all sales facets, following on by managing these sub-contractors. \xc2\xb7 Using initiative and drive to meet targets by increasing sales opportunities as well as using your skillset to retain existing customers. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring operations are delivered within the sales strategy identified by the directors and understanding the correct lines of communication to identify and fix operational issues which may hinder the efficacy of our sales.
