About the Role:
Lead the Hospitality channels business performance & execution platforms across WEH whilst working closely with the GB Channel Director - WEH & Leisure.
Ownership of the channels AOP strategy & performance inclusive of a developed annual shopper marketing plan that brings that strategy to life in the channels key customers. Ensure that the plan delivers against the physical availability targets agreed within brand AOP\'s, is aligned to exceed Point of Purchase (POP) drivers set out in the channel plans & exceed the agreed budgeted volume, net revenue and TC contributions to the Hospitality channel.
Engage customer management teams to ensure that we have a full understanding of their customers\' strategy, tactics and approach to shopper marketing, and engage with key Gold+, Gold and Silver customers to ensure our plan is executed flawlessly, bringing our brands to life whilst building both ours and the customers businesses. Use strategic capability and commercial acumen to attract new shoppers to our brands or existing consumers on new occasions, building category value for our customers.
Champion a coaching, learning and development culture across the direct team (& wider hospitality team) with a focus on growing broader commercial capability in near functions and seeking to develop a Centre of Excellence approach for the function which results in Britvic and its brands exceeding customer expectations and delivering stand-out visibility in outlet.
