We're on the hunt for a highly persuasive, self-motivated, and industry-savvy

Sales & Brand Executive

-- someone who could sell sand to the desert, ice to the Arctic, and still have a waiting list by Friday.

This is not a typical sales role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the

hair, beauty, and aesthetics industry

, understands the client mindset, and knows how to connect with people at every level.

You'll be responsible for converting leads, driving bookings, building partnerships, and supporting overall brand growth. You'll also assist our Head of Social Media, so confidence in online culture, trends, and engagement is a major bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Confidently convert enquiries into course bookings Build strong, ongoing relationships with salons, practitioners, and industry professionals Represent RJL Education in a polished, passionate, and professional manner Assist the Head of Social Media with content ideas, brand alignment, and campaign rollouts Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and events Maintain and update CRM/sales tracking tools Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and direct messages with impeccable English

You'll Need To Have:

Fluent and professional English

- both spoken and written
? Natural confidence and charisma -- you love talking to people
? Proven ability to

close sales

and overcome objections
? Deep understanding of the

hair, beauty, or aesthetics industry

? High attention to detail and ability to adapt tone and messaging
? A proactive, can-do mindset -- no clock-watching here
? Tech- and social media-savvy -- Instagram, TikTok, and email marketing familiarity a plus

Salary:

24,000 - 28,000 per year basic (depending on experience)
