The Role: Sales Associate

You'll be the face of Excel Clothing, providing first-class service that leaves a lasting impression. Working alongside a passionate retail team across both stores, you'll support management to meet and exceed sales goals, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and act as a true ambassador for the Excel brand.

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A passion for fashion, service, and creating memorable customer moments A motivated, focused, and goal-driven attitude Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering personalised, premium customer service Sharing expert knowledge of our brands and collections Building strong relationships with customers and teammates Maintaining impeccable visual and merchandising standards Representing the Excel Clothing ethos at every opportunity
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
