Job Description
Case London are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join their team. The Sales Associate will be a part of a team that drives sales productivity, efficiency, and customer service levels of the store and will report directly on a daily basis to the line manager.
Brand training is provided on site and an individual store training programme is available.
As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and increasing the sales figures of the store/concession
- Maintaining a high level of store housekeeping
- Ensuring all store and company rules and standards are adhered to at all times
- Assisting in any stock counts that are carried out as instructed by head office
- Positively promoting the image of the company
- Ensuring that customers are acknowledged quickly and offered friendly, courteous and efficient service
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of Case products. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a retail environment is desirable
- Confident working with KPI\'s and targets
- Strong team player
- Ability to adhere to Case health and safety requirements
- Good organisational skills
Case London is dominating the top end of the travel good market through its real estate and in store departments as well as through owning the exclusive wholesale and distribution rights in the UK for Tumi, Bric\'s, Ted Baker luggage, Delsey, Lulu Guinness travel, Knirps and Radley luggage. They are especially proud of their travel goods department in Harrods which is generally considered to be the best in the world, and also of their continued associations with Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, and Hoopers. They now trade from 9 stores as well as their web presence. The ethos of the company however remains the same and they look forward to building business in their present stores as well as expanding their presence on the web and through other channels.
