WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?



New Business Development:

Actively assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the education sector by researching potential school clients, educational institutions and training organisations to generate leads and support the sales team in securing partnerships.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing:

Support the sales team by qualifying and nurturing incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and fostering long-term relationships with decision-makers to convert them into committed clients.

Client Communication & Relationship Building:

Handle inquiries from all clients and build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns and effectively communicating the value of our products and services to drive sales.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking progress, ensuring ever lead is engaged at each stage of the process and opportunities are sealed with closing deals.

Sales Presentations & Proposals:

Assist in crafting tailored presentations and proposals for schools, colleges and other educational institutions, ensuring the right educational solutions are showcased to meet their needs and help close new deals.

Market Research & Opportunity Creation:

Monitor trends, keeping an eye on emerging opportunities, challenges and competitors and create opportunities for the sales team to introduce innovative solutions.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare and analyse sales reports, providing insights to refine strategies that support the sales team's efforts in securing more business and closing deals efficiently.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team for supporting them in securing new partnerships and expanding the company's footprint in the sector.

Other Duties as Assigned:

Take on additional tasks that contribute to the growth of the business, helping identify new opportunities and ensure the success of the sales process in the education sector.

WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?



? Minimum of 1 years experience in a sales support, preferably within a sales-driven environment.

? Relevant degree or professional qualification (preferred but not essential).

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - ability to create reports, track sales data, and assist with presentations.

? Experience with CRM systems or sales tools is a plus.
