Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Portrush and Portstewart stores. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours:

Summer (March - September) Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm, Sunday 12pm - 5pm on a rota basis, varies from 30 to 42.5 hours per week.

Winter (October - February) Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Duties:- Support the sales team in day-to-day tasks- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and in-person-Process orders and follow up on deliveries- Monitor stock levels and assist in stock takes - Ensure the shop, store and staff areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask- Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional demeanour- Ability to work well in a team environment- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous
