Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant within our Johnstone\'s Decorating Centre, you will provide a first-class customer service selling and promoting PPG/Johnstone\xe2\x80\x99s products. This is a key, customer facing role for which an outgoing, helpful and hardworking nature will be paramount to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Serve customers on the trade counter and in the store.

\xc2\xb7 Sell and promote PPG/Johnstone\xe2\x80\x99s products.

\xc2\xb7 Stock shelves.

\xc2\xb7 Take in deliveries.

\xc2\xb7 Process cash and card payments.

\xc2\xb7 Stock take.

\xc2\xb7 Tint paint.

\xc2\xb7 IT work (place orders, check stock, etc.).

\xc2\xb7 Clean and promote good HSE practices.

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in a customer facing environment (Crucial)!

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and a positive customer focused attitude.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of IT systems
