We are an E-liquid shop with an excellent customer reputation. We are looking for someone hard working, driven and motivated to join our team here and be the freshest in town!

Sweetbar Vape is seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team. The Shop Assitant will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

Ensure customers receive the highest level of service and support by responding to store inquiries and questions in a timely manner; responding promptly to customer requests and requests for assistance; and resolving customer concerns. Maintain a clean and organized shop environment. Maintain a high level of customer service by greeting customers upon their arrival, answering any questions or requests, and directing as needed to ensure the shop environment is maintained in a clean and safe manner. Ensure that all store supplies are stocked and available for customers to choose from when they purchase goods. Ensure that all store policies are followed including cash handling procedures, inventory control procedures, sales procedures, and other procedures as assigned. Assist in maintaining the security of the store at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers at all times. Must be able to work in a team environment with others in similar positions in other companies. We sell age restricted products so must be comfortable checking ID and refusing service where needed. Must maintain good attendance each day; must be willing to work on weekends as needed or scheduled by management as appropriate for the store location.

Pay: 10.00-12.54 per hour
