Sales and Purchasing Executive (Telesales)

Competitive basic + Bonus (45k per annum OTE)

SellCar is one of the UK's longest established and highest rated online car purchasing companies in the UK.

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated sales person to join our expanding team.

As the voice of our business and first point of call for our customers, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be able to educate, persuade and negotiate deals over the phone.

You will be based at our head office in Nottingham. Your role will consist of converting leads generated by our website into purchases and initiate new business opportunities. Your job will involve lead nurturing which includes calling at specific times.

Motor trade knowledge and experience is preferred, however this can be trained to the right candidate.

Duties include:

Following-up website generated enquiries from people and companies looking to sell their cars Re-qualifying these enquiries to ensure accurate data supplied to Purchasing Manager for valuation purposes Building rapport with, engaging and educating the customer Analyse current market place and valuation guides for examples of competing similar cars for sale Re-marketing selected cars to internal and external databases Develop and maintain own dealer contact portfolio Liaise with administration and accounts departments to ensure efficient and timely viewings and purchases Manage customer experience throughout Plan daily activity to ensure effective enquiry management

Package:

Basic Salary: 24000 (Depending On Experience) Bonus: 10,000 + UNCAPPED Bank Holidays off No weekend work Healthy working environment, with little stress and a fun atmosphere Opportunities to grow and excel as the company expands Bonus paid each month in arrears

Hours:

Mon to Thurs: 9am - 6pm; Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: 23,000.00-45,000.00 per year
