They are looking for an amazing Sales and Marketing Executive to build their new brand and help launch an exciting new venture. They are seeking a proactive individual who has experience in customer facing roles and has a flair for digital content creation who can multitask and manage a varied workload in busy, friendly team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining social media content, promotive new ventures and develop great customer relationships and drive sales.The salary range for this position is \xc2\xa325,000 to \xc2\xa330,000. Working hours are 8am-5pm, however you may be required to be flexible in order to attend events where required so being a driver is essential for this role.Main responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Executive Role:

• Responsible for creating and executing digital content for social media channels in partnership with agencies
• Ownership of direct sales channel and all aspects of supply and sales
• Work closely with all internal stakeholders to sell the direct sales vision to the wider business team
• Identify opportunities to grow existing as well as new business prospects
• Develop great customer relationships to drive sales and grow distribution
• Managing delivery logistics with the appropriate teams
• Track and monitor sales performance, analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work as a team and attend key events to drive brand awareness.

Skills required for the Sales and Marketing Executive Role:

• Strong relationship building skills
• Team player open to learning new skills and supporting the wider team
• Previous experience within a Customer facing role or sales
• Experience within marketing including Social Media and digital content creation.
• Proactive multitasker who is able to use their initiative and work as a team and independently
• Ability to manage a varied workload, differing deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• A drive to improve and simplify processes, ensuring consistency wherever possible.
