26,000-29,000 depending on experience, plus a performance commission of c. 2,000

Note:

This is an in-person role that involves working across both venues. You'll be on-site 4 days a week, plus Sundays.

About Tee Box



Tee Box is London's most advanced indoor golf facility, built for players who want to train, improve and enjoy the game year-round.

We have two central London venues, over 1,000 active members, and plans for a third location already underway. With demand growing fast, we're expanding the team to support this next stage of our journey.

Since launching in 2019, we've built a reputation for outstanding coaching, cutting-edge technology, and a premium member experience.

Now we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our Sales & Marketing Manager and help us go further by driving engagement, generating leads, and converting new members into long-term Tee Box fans.

What This Role Is About



This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed for someone who wants to break into marketing and sales in a fast-paced, performance-focused business.

You'll work directly with our Sales & Marketing Manager (John) to support day-to-day campaigns, connect with prospective members, and help deliver best-in-class communications across email, WhatsApp, social media, and more.

You don't need a background in golf (though experience or interest in the game is always a plus). You just need curiosity, initiative, and a real appetite to learn.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Lead Conversion



Call and follow up with warm leads (tours, trials, referrals) Conduct studio tours for prospective members Respond to inbound enquiries and track lead outcomes

Marketing Execution



Build and format campaigns in ActiveCampaign Schedule and send emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media content Use tools like ChatGPT and Canva to support content and delivery Manage CRM tasks: segment members, monitor automations, track campaign performance

Member Engagement



Call new members to check in and highlight unused services Promote swing evaluations, putting assessments, fittings, and competitions Support the marketing of Tee Box events and competitions

Studio & Reception Support



Work 4 x 8-hour shifts per week and 1 x 9-hour shift every Sunday, rotating across both London venues Cover front-of-house reception during shifts (greeting visitors, checking in members, answering enquiries) Provide tours for prospective members during studio hours Support studio-based campaigns, signage, and informal content gathering

Learning & Development



1:1s with the Sales & Marketing Manager Onboarding and training from senior team members Quarterly reviews and a clear personal development plan

What We're Looking For



You don't need loads of experience but you do need to be driven. We're looking for someone proactive, coachable, and excited to contribute from day one.

Requirements



Strong interest in marketing, sales, or both Confident communicator on the phone and in writing Well-organised and ready to take initiative Able to commute to both of our central London sites

Bonus (but not essential)



Knowledge and passion for golf Experience with Canva, Instagram, ActiveCampaign (Or any CRM), or ChatGPT Background in customer service, hospitality, or similar
