The Role:
As the Sales and Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our business and enhancing brand visibility. This is a unique opportunity to combine your sales expertise with marketing creativity to attract new customers, build brand awareness, and increase engagement across our channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue milestones.
Create and implement marketing campaigns aligned with our branding and growth goals.
Design visually compelling graphics and marketing materials in line with our branding.
Manage and grow our social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube with a mix of storytelling, educational, and sales-oriented content.
Collaborate with the CEO and team to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and brand development.
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise results.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in consulting or professional services.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and creating impactful content.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Self-starter with a passion for scaling businesses and achieving ambitious goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with compliance or ISO certifications is a plus.
Experience working in a remote environment.
