Sales and Lettings Negotiator/Trainee Taunton Bradleys Estate Agents are currently recruiting for a progressive individual as a Senior Sales and Letting Negotiator/ Listing Negotiator in our Taunton office. We are an award-winning independent agent in the South West with 30 offices and 30 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience. As a Trainee/ Negotiator you have the potential to earn uncapped earnings, on target earnings \xc2\xa319,000-\xc2\xa325000 plus an office profit share. Skills and Experience Required \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Good IT skills \xc2\xb7 Team working \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively under pressure \xc2\xb7 Ability to priorities \xc2\xb7 Outstanding customer care / customer service experience \xc2\xb7 Must be able to drive and have a full driving licence \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and communication skills Key Responsibilities as a Trainee/ Negotiator \xc2\xb7 Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments \xc2\xb7 Conduct property viewings in a professional manner \xc2\xb7 Negotiate offers that are received. \xc2\xb7 Agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion. \xc2\xb7 Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service \xc2\xb7 Generate new business in a target driven environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa319,000.00-\xc2\xa325,000.00 per year Benefits:
