Scottish Property Centre in Shawlands are a long established and award-winning estate and letting agency. The advertised role of Sales and Lettings Assistant is an integral and key part of our office team. The successful candidate should be customer focussed and be able to work on their own initiative in addition to working closely with the company Director's and Managers in our Sales and Lettings Departments. In this role you will need to be well presented with a great telephone manner, have a confident, positive approach and enjoy helping customers.
As Sales and Lettings Assistant you will be providing support to within our busy, friendly and well established Estate Agency in Shawlands.
Responsibilities in this varied role will include:
Be first point of contact for incoming enquiries
Booking viewings for both sales and rental listings
Liaising with buyers and tenants regarding viewings
Controlling window displays, board management and database marketing
Diary management and booking appointments
Providing support and administrative assistance to the company directors and managers
The successful candidate would ideally have:
Have a friendly telephone manner with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
Have experience of database management
Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
Have the ability and inter-personal skills to work as part of a team
Have a good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service at all times
Have an excellent command of English language both written and verbal
