Sales and Customer Service Representative
to join our dynamic team. If you excel in customer service, have strong organizational skills, and can handle a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service and support.
Proactively engage with potential clients, promoting our cleaning services and converting leads into sales.
Provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of both private and commercial clients.
Liaise with both clients and cleaning staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing accounting documents and maintaining office systems.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a professional who is passionate about sales and customer service, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills are essential for communication with clients and colleagues.
Bulgarian language proficiency
- A strong advantage, though not required.
Experience in the cleaning industry
- Beneficial but not essential.
Sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Customer service experience
- A minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role.
Excellent telephone manner
- Confident, engaging, and clear communication.
Strong interpersonal skills
- You'll be interacting with a diverse group of people daily.
Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail
- Accuracy in managing client information and contracts.
Flexible and adaptable
- Able to adjust to the needs of a growing business.
IT skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
