We are looking for an experienced Sales and Client Services Manager to help support our clients and Project Managers while also growing our client base. If you love working with people, enjoy sales and like to keep things running smoothly, then this could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
Be a key contact for our clients, ensuring they get what they need from us; Follow up on leads, introducing our services to potential clients and helping expand our client base; Working with our Project Managers and manufacturing team to ensure everything runs smoothly; Improving the processes, to make things simpler and more efficient for our clients and our team.
What we are looking for:
A person who enjoys building relationships; Someone confident in sales, comfortable reaching out to potential clients and finding new opportunities; Someone who is organised, reliable, good at keeping track of details and ensuring things run smoothly; A team player who is able to work closely with both the Project Managers and manufacturing team; Someone with good communication skills, who is clear, professional and approachable when speaking with clients; Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools; Willingness to work additional hours when needed to meet deadlines; Full UK driving licence required.
