Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will proactively engage with potential and existing customers to drive sales and promote our service. Your primary responsibilities will be to generate leads, nurture customer relationships and achieve sales targets through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude and a strong ability to identify customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our service Build rapport with prospects, effectively communicate service benefits and overcome objections to close sales Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities and follow-ups on the CRM system Meet and exceed individual and team targets and performance metrics Collaborate with the sales team to implement campaigns and improve strategies for lead generation
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in outbound sales is highly desirable Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach Ability to handle objections to achieve sales goals Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organisational and time-management skills

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
