Reporting to the Sales Manager, the post holder will play a vital role in the growth of the business.
Working in a fast-paced environment as a member of the sales team, the post holder will meet the needs of existing clients and seek opportunities to extend our client base further. Processing a high volume of inbound sales calls, take orders, payments, and process sales. They will build strong customer relationships and maintain customer accounts which will include making outbound calls.
The role is demanding as well as rewarding and therefore requires flexibility, drive, and initiative.

\xc2\xb7 Taking inbound calls and assisting with orders and enquiries
\xc2\xb7 Monitor your targets and KPIs to ensure these are being met

\xc2\xb7 Promoting and upselling the company brand / products
\xc2\xb7 Sending out and chasing quotes
\xc2\xb7 Keeping records of customer interactions, customer accounts and filing associated documents

Salary: between \xc2\xa326,000 to \xc2\xa328,150 pa depending on experience
Hours: 45 per week Monday to Friday between 07.00 - 17.00
