This is a Full-time Sales Advisor role. The role holder will be a key member of the team interacting with customers and providing the best store standards and experience for all our customers. Key duties of the post will include: \xc2\xb7 Interacting with customers, placing, tracking and allocating customer\xe2\x80\x99s orders; \xc2\xb7 Merchandising, Stock Control, Receiving .Unpacking Deliveries ,Checking them off Deliveries and putting stock away - This can be
quite physical as it can involve lifting bulky items. \xc2\xb7 Promoting the business through Social Media Platforms. Essential Criteria Applicants must possess the following by the closing date: \xc2\xb7 The following competencies: o Customer Focus: An ability to engage with customers, talk about customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and to provide products and services that will meet these needs o Personal Drive and Initiative: A willingness to learn and to take the initiative in confidently addressing issues as they arise along with a personal commitment to taking all actions necessary to contribute to the success of the store o Teamwork: An ability to work well as part of a small but dynamic retail team. An ability to be flexible in working hours will be particularly important in the Sales Advisor role. Desirable Criteria \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a retail/service environment ; \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with social media and an ability to promote product offerings on social media platforms such as Facebook.
