Hours:
21 hours over 3 days (part time). Working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (working days may change so must be flexible)

The Homes Advisor will deliver exceptional customer service whilst being an 'ambassador' of the Anwyl brand to prospective and existing customers. The Homes Advisor is responsible for responding to all leads generated whilst being actively involved in achieving exchange and legal completion, while ensuring that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise sales revenue and profitability by achieving agreed sales targets and seeking opportunities to sell extras/upgrades;
Ensure that all available digital marketing tools and social platforms are up to date, working and that any faults are reported until they are fixed;
Ensure that the show home and marketing suite presentation and cleanliness are always maintained to a high standard and that remedial matters are resolved as soon as possible;
'Ready for You' properties inspected at least twice per week to ensure same high standards as show homes in terms of cleanliness and presentation both internally and externally.
Correct wearing of full sales uniform, name badge and appropriate indoor/outdoor footwear in order to comply with corporate dress code. Correct PPE to be always worn on site.
Sales Performance:
Respond to all leads and enquiries within the specified timescales and ensure that our lead management system (Housebuild) is updated accordingly;
In accordance with prevailing Company procedures, collect, record and utilise accurate data regarding prospective customers, and make the information available for use by senior management and group marketing. New enquiries to be entered directly into the computer system (Housebuild). Information to be entered on the day it is obtained and particular attention paid to ensure that the information in the system is complete and accurate by close of business on Fridays;
Follow up leads with a view to making appointments for the customer to view show homes and/or 'Ready for You' properties;
Meet, greet and welcome prospective customers; qualify them to thoroughly understand their requirements in order to tailor the demonstration to their needs with a view too gaining their commitment;
Demonstrate show homes and individual plots as appropriate, tailoring the demonstration to the customers' needs while discussing the benefits of buying an Anwyl Home;
Effectively promote our Move Simple scheme and maintain a close working relationship with our business partners;
Endeavour to have all prospects qualified by nominated Independent Financial Advisors and placed with a preferred solicitor;
Ensure purchase information and customer discussions are in line with the New Homes Quality Code.
Customer Service
Throughout the Anwyl Homes customer journey ensure customers feel valued and important while managing their expectations with a view to achieving a positive Trust Pilot review;
Ensure that key touch points throughout the customer journey are actioned promptly and efficiently including Meet the Builder, Home Demonstration and Key Release appointments.
Market Knowledge and Awareness
Contribute to the marketing of the site and terms of considering and suggesting new ideas to generate interest and suggesting to sales management suitable photo/video material for digital promotion of the development on websites and property portals;
Conduct research to provide monthly competitor reports to your sales manager on what local new build, second hand and rental markets are achieving; and also, in order to specify the features and benefits Anwyl Homes orders by comparison;
Attend all promotional events associated with own development;
Identify appropriate opportunities for signage;
Check all platforms at least once a week to ensure development information is correct and notify management of any necessary changes.
Team work
Understand the build process, keep up to date with developments on site and ensure relevant information is promptly passed to your sales manager;
Develop a good working relationship with the Site Manager, maintain a working knowledge of the build progress of each plot, and update customers on a weekly basis being mindful of the need to correctly manage customers' expectations;
Hold a weekly sales/site meeting with the Site Manager to discuss in detail plot and sales progress, presentation, customer choices and extras and customer service;
Communicate effectively through appropriate use of Housebuild and email to ensure any colleagues covering your development are fully briefed;
At all times comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and processes, including information technology and sales related technological initiatives;
Comply with Homes Advisors' responsibilities as defined in the Group's Health & Safety & Environment Policy, paying particular attention to the Health & Safety of members of the public;
Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.
