Morehealth Limited is a long-standing insurance brokerage based in Warwickshire. With a UK-wide presence they provide comparison services across the insurance market. The role is office based with no requirement for face-to-face appointments. A good telephone manner is essential.

Responsibilities

To sell appropriate insurance policies to clients based on needs and budget.

Responding to leads in a timely manner.

Developing a good rapport with clients and new prospects and documenting personal details in line with company policy and data protection rules.

Conduct an in-depth market review on behalf of the client using in-house quote engines.

Present review findings to clients in a professional and timely manner

Ensure internal customer management tools are accurate and kept up to date.

Provide an annual policy review along with support as required during the policy term.

Maintain good communication and relationships with insurers

Manage and keep on top of own sales opportunities as provided by the company

Summary

As a Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service skills. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your premium skills in negotiation and consumer sales will be vital in closing deals and fostering long-term relationships. Additionally, your relevant skills in IT, time management, and organizational abilities will ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
