Job Summary


The role

We are looking for an individual to join our team that demonstrates the following skills

Someone who is able to take a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.

Be able to self-generate business opportunities.

Have experience working with a combination of networking avenues that include referrals , outbound calls and online platform advertisements .

Must be able to thrive working in a fast paced, target focused ,high energy environment.

Must have the initiative to engage with decision-makers and high-net-worth clients alongside being able to actively sell high-value products and services.

Be able to build and maintain strong client portfolios and strive to drive long-term success for the company.

Must be able to achieve and exceed key performance targets whilst adhering to regulations, call volumes, lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction guidelines.

Candidate



Be able to understand a consultative sales process.

Must be confident in value-based selling whilst having excellent communication skills and be highly organised with a keen eye for attention to detail. Knowledge of the electrical contracting industry is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities



Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Utilise effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets consistently. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and enhance customer experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads. Organise and maintain sales records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Utilise IT systems for managing customer interactions and tracking sales performance.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability in time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes (e.g., CRM software). A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. A proactive approach with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
