About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and well-organised

Sales Administrator

to join our professional team in

Yeovil

.

While your base will be our Yeovil dealership, you'll be part of a

centralised admin team

that supports

all three SCC Toyota centres

. This adds variety to the role and allows you to gain exposure to a wide range of dealership operations.

Full training is provided

, and you'll be supported by a friendly, experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who is looking to either grow their career or return to work in a supportive, flexible environment.

Flexible start/finish times

(e.g. around school drop-offs and pick-ups)

Hybrid working

(some home working supported once training is completed and systems are familiar)

Key Responsibilities:



Process vehicle orders, invoices, and key documentation Manage pre-delivery admin including registration, insurance, and tax Maintain accurate stock records across new, used, and fleet vehicles Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers/manufacturers Support the Sales and After Sales departments with record-keeping and handover coordination Use internal systems to ensure accurate reporting and document management

What We're Looking For:



A solid

administration background

(motor trade experience is a bonus but not essential) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems A clear communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to take ownership of your work
