Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to work with one of our Perth based clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a passion for supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Managing and updating sales records
  • Producing and analyzing reports using Excel, including Pivot Tables
  • Assisting with order processing and customer communications
  • Maintaining accurate data and ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables essential)
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of xc2xa325,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
  • 09:00-17:00 shift time
