Sales Administrator (1 Year)

Chesterfield

\xc2\xa325,000 Per Annum + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 5% Matched Pension

Monday to Friday, 40 hours - Flexible working hours available.

Sales Administrator required for a very successful and growing manufacturing business of construction products.

The Successful Sales Administrator will have excellent organisation skills, communication, IT literacy and Administrative experience. You will be proficient with Microsoft office packages particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

The Sales Administrator Role:

  • Support and maintain PSA CRM system to ensure it adds real value to the Sales Function
  • Monthly customer reporting
  • Provide commercial support to Senior Sales Management team
  • Provide PowerPoint Presentation support to sales team
  • Provide support on any marketing initiatives
  • Assist with Marketing functions
  • Order Lunches for visitors whenever there are meetings
  • Book meeting rooms, lunch requests, organisation of tours etc.
The Successful Sales Administrator:

  • You will be proficient with Microsoft office packages particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
