Enough about us, what's the role?
As a Sales Administrator at carloans 365, you'll be the essential link between customers choosing their car and their finance payment being processed. In this role, you'll review and verify documents such as payslips, bank statements, and benefit details to ensure accuracy and compliance with our application criteria, thereby maintaining the integrity of the finance process.
You will liaise with customers if their documents are missing or incorrect, requesting the necessary corrections or additional information. Your diligence in document verification is crucial for smooth internal operations and for ensuring a transparent, hassle-free experience that builds trust in our service.
Responsibilities:
Review and validate customer documents to ensure compliance with finance application requirements
Liaise with customers to request missing, corrected, or additional documentation
Maintain accurate records of document verification and application progress
Collaborate with the Payouts team to ensure seamless processing of payments
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
What we're looking for:
Excellent attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a finance-related environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to outstanding customer service
Details:
Salary 20,000 - 25,000 DOE
Working pattern: 09:00 - 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday - Saturday (you will receive a weekday off should you work a Saturday)
28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday
