We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator based at our headoffice in Kidwelly.
Duties would include providing clerical and organisational support to the sales team. Main focus would be on managing and processing sales-related tasks including order processing, customer database maintenance, invoicing and excel operations. Previous experience of dealership DMS, Keyloop would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders and deliveries along with providing support for the sales representatives.
Hours of work:
37.5 hours a week
Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid break

Candidate requirements:
Good knowledge of Excel
Knowledge and experience of Kerridge an advantage
Knowledge and experience of ARFL or RaV an advantage but not essential
The successful candidate will be required to:
Process orders
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Register brand-new vehicles
Invoicing
Generating reports
