Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all invoicing and taxing paperwork is to brand standards with all supporting documents ready for customer handover
Keeping an accurate record of all information necessary for audits- Files to be kept up to date and to include all information required
Ensuring that all vehicles are funded in line with company policy and that vehicles are also appropriated within given time frame
Assisting our accounts department with month end reconciliations
Maintaining up to date stock records on Keyloop (DMS)
Taxing of new vehicles on the RaV system
Creating vehicle records - Both new and used vehicles
Monitoring tax renewals for company vehicles

Confidently communicate with other departments of the business
Act as an ambassador for the Acorn Group and our respective brands
