Due to a consistently high volume of inbound inquiries generated by our strong marketing efforts, we are looking for a dedicated

Sales Consultant / Account Manager

to join our team. You will manage inbound leads via phone, email, customer-submitted drawings, and our online configuration tool, guiding clients through the design and sales process.

No previous industry experience is required

-- full training and ongoing support will be provided. All we ask is a strong sales background, a willingness to learn about the oak frame industry, and the ability to adapt your skills to our bespoke service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound sales inquiries (phone, email, online submissions) Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions Creating quotations and supporting materials Meeting clients at our workshop to discuss projects Following up on quotations and maintaining proactive communication Ensuring a smooth handover of confirmed sales to the production team Managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to order confirmation Maintaining accurate internal records and CRM updates Achieving agreed sales targets
About You:

Minimum of 3

year sales experience

(required) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries Eagerness to learn about the oak frame construction process Comfortable working in a hands-on, consultative sales environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented Must have

personal transportation

(due to rural location)

Workshop based (no remote work)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

30,000 basic, with on-target earnings of 45,000+ per year
