Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs. Conduct thorough product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market and competitor offerings. Utilise data entry skills to manage customer information accurately in the sales database. Follow up with potential customers via phone or email to nurture leads and close sales. Implement upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities for additional products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
