Job role / duties
- Assist with the providing advice to landowners in order to maximise the value of their land through option and promotion agreements
- Provide tenancy advice to landlords and tenants, as well as property and estate management
- Undertake Property Valuations on behalf of banks and other lending institutions
- Assist with development and rural sales property letting
- Deal with compensation claims, grants, subsides and joint ventures
- Identify new business opportunities and promote the brand throughout the region
- Manage and develop new and existing client relationships
- Liaise with contractors, clients and colleagues
- Support delivery of the business plan including delivery of agreed targets
- Possess a RICS qualification with at least 2+ years PQE
- Have a proven track record in the exceeding targets
- Be knowledgeable in property, land, business and agriculture
- Possess exceptional verbal, written communication and presenting skills
- Have advanced IT ability
- Have a full driving licence and own transport
