Our client is a firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors working for developers in renewables, wind, solar, battery, telecoms, gas, and electricity sectors. They are committed to providing the most professional, dynamic and commercially sound service to all their clients all over the UK. The business works with a diverse range of clients and sectors with employees gaining a wide and knowledgeable understanding, resulting in no day at work being the same.

The Role

Based in Edinburgh the candidate will be key in leading the surveying provision to a number of clients in this location, providing excellent professional advice. You will be working on projects including renewables, wind, solar, battery, telecoms, gas, electricity, and long term infrastructure management. You will be taking part in and contributing towards the client\'s sustainability and net zero carbon goals. You will work with the directors and Surveyors in day-to-day operations and potentially get involved in training of graduates and assistant surveyors.

The Candidate

We are looking for a MRICS or FAAV qualified candidates who have work experience within the rural, energy, infrastructure or utility surveying sectors. This role would suit someone with ambition and a go getter attitude as the successful candidate will have an opportunity to help grow the business as it expands into Scotland and will offer direct input into shaping the direction of travel the company is taking.
