Additional informationYou donxe2x80x99t need experience across all aspects of the job as that will form part of your development journey, but you will need to be outcome- focused and experience working with complex needs and require a co-ordinated, multi-disciplinary approach to their housing, health, and wellbeing. Developing and maintaining effective joint working, successful multi agency working and operating in a demanding working environmentTo excel in this role, you should be solution-oriented and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude towards challenges. Ideally, you will have prior experience working with multi-agency services and individuals with behavioural, physical, social, and welfare needs.Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining close working relationships with registered providers, other supported housing providers, private landlords, property owners, developers, and investors.
