As our Preschool Room Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journeys of our 3-5-year-olds. You'll lead a dedicated team, plan engaging activities, and ensure the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum
2 years' experience
working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) At least1 year experience
in a room leader or supervisory role A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above) Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development A positive, proactive attitude and excellent leadership skillsBenefits
