We are located in what was the old school in the lovely village of Emberton, near Olney. As a not-for-profit organisation, we put children first, creating a nurturing envionment where they can thrive, and where our team members are valued and supported in their professional development.

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care and learning experiences. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and enabling environment that encourages children to explore, discover and develop a love for learning. Working closely with parents and carers, you will help build strong relationships to support each child's individual needs.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 6 or gradual-level qualification would be desireable). You will have experience of working in an Early Years setting, a good knowledge of the EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures and a genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play. Previous experience of leading a room or mentoring a team is desirable, as this role includes supporting and motivating colleagues and occasionally deputising for the management team.

If you are ready to take the next step in your career and be part of an organisation that values innovation, growth, and child-led learning, we would love to hear from you. Apply today and become part of the Acorn family.
