As a
Room Attendant
we look for you to possess a natural curiosity, desire to, passionately present and maintain our fantastic lifestyle products in the most elegant and flowless conditions. Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.
As a highly valued team member you'll be an essential part of the guest experience, helping define and maintain the Chateau Keeping standards. Bringing an unparalleled level of service you'll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.
Your profile
Passion for delivering excellent housekeeping experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Being organised and proactive in managing tasks.
Being an excellent team player, and have an outstanding communication and guest facing skills.
Discreet and trustworthy.
Your role
Effectively managing guest request.
Cleaning and maintaining the standards of guest rooms, guest bathrooms, session rooms, apartments, lifts, gym, changing rooms, offices and public areas.
Delivering and restocking bed linen, towels and guest amenities.
Greeting guests.
Reporting any technical and maintenance issues.
Updating status of guest rooms on communication apps.
Comply with hotel safety and security.
Carry out lost property procedure.
This role will involve lifting heavy loads, walking up and down the stairs.
