Key Responsibilities




Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards. Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance. Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance. Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages. Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of the guests. Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.

Experience




Preferred Experience: Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
