Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing roofs on various types of buildings.
Duties
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best repair procedures
- Install new roofs using materials such as tiles, slates, or epdm rubber.
- Repair or replace broken or missing tiles or slates.
- Apply waterproof sealants and covering to protect roofs from water damage
- Work with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Experience
- Previous experience in roofing is essential
- Knowledge of different roofing materials.
- Ability to work at heights safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience in roofing industry
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights safely
- Understanding of building codes and regulations related to roofing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certification in roofing installation or repair is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 16.97-18.52 per hour
