About the role

Toensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard. The post holder will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

Undertaking a range of planned, void or maintenance works, repairing or replacing items to maintain properties to a high standard, in line with the role skills framework. To complete works in conjunction with all health and safety procedures, policies and legislation. To work efficiently and deliver high standards of quality. Working unsupervised and in occupied or unoccupied properties, complying with the Expected Work Place Practice - Site Operatives. To be competent in the completion of reports, ordering materials and completing orders. To deliver objectives and achieve behaviour competences.

To work in a professional, respectful and courteous manner
