We are currently seeking an experienced

Asphalt Roller Operator

to join our growing Asphalt Surfacing team.

Role Responsibilities

Preparation and laying of asphalt materials across a range of surfacing projects Operation of surfacing machinery, tools, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Working closely with other team members to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment on all job sites

Essential Criteria

Proven experience within an asphalt surfacing squad Skilled in rollers and tools (e.g. Compaction plate, pounder, various sizes of rollers) Strong understanding of asphalt materials and modern surfacing techniques Team-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional weekends
