Robotics Engineering Intern

to join our growing team and contribute to real-world automation projects.

Who You Are



You are a recent graduate or current MSc student in

Robotic Automation

,

Mechatronics

, or a closely related field. You're hands-on, inquisitive, and ready to apply your knowledge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the design and prototyping of robotic systems using

SolidWorks

Develop and test robotic control algorithms using

ROS (Robot Operating System)

and

Python

Support the integration of industrial PLC systems (preferably

Siemens

or

Omron

) Conduct system-level testing, debugging, and documentation Assist with wiring, basic electrical setups, and pneumatics for robotic cells Participate in team meetings, project planning, and on-site installations as needed

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Enrolled in or recently graduated from an MSc in Robotic Automation or related discipline

Proficient in

SolidWorks

for 3D design and mechanical layout Hands-on experience with

ROS

and

Python

Experience with

PLC programming

(Siemens and/or Omron preferred) Basic understanding of

pneumatic and electrical systems

Strong communication and problem-solving skills Eligible to work in the UK

Desirable Skills



Exposure to

robot simulation

and

digital twin technologies

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherCAT) Familiarity with collaborative robots (UR, KUKA, FANUC, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
