We are looking for skilled road workers to join our teams in the delivery of exciting projects within our communities. The role will see you undertake a variety of project to include surfacing, drainage, kerbing and weather emergency. Skills and experience in the use of plant and machinery would be advantageous but not essential as we offer excellent staff development opportunities.

Jobholders must also hold the SVQ level 2 in Road Building or equivalent, along with at least 1 years post qualification experience in the road maintenance industry to carry out a variety of tasks and be conversant in the safe operation of a number of items of plant associated to the tasks.

Based on you working 36 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is \xc2\xa323,969.40 per annum - pay award pending. Opportunities to also enhance earnings via overtime and weather emergency on-call
