Overview
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one of the United Kingdom\'s leading providers of Private Mental Health and Wellbeing services. This Private Healthcare company provides a dynamic approach to giving great care to their service users under their care, whether they are NHS beds or privately funded patients. This ensures that the individual is central to all they do and the care they deliver. We are looking committed Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability nurses will also be considered if coming from a Mental Health setting to join a 12 bed rehabilitation service for female patients with a Personality Disorder (PD) or Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) which has been recently rated \'Outstanding\' by the CQC.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals who will administer specialised and evidence-based therapies while also leading a well-structured nursing team to guarantee excellent nursing care is provided. The ultimate goal is to improve patients\' quality of life and independence while working in close collaboration with professionals from the local mental health and social care teams.
Location
This service is located in Bury St Edmunds and gives connectivity to Ipswich and Cambridge via the A14, as well as public transportation via the Local Train station. We do, however, propose that you be able to drive because the service has a boarder a busy main road that is inaccessible via foot.
Criteria
\xe2\x80\x93 RMN or RNLD Qualified with a valid NMC pin
\xe2\x80\x93 If newly qualified candidates must have their NMC in place by September/October
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience working within a Mental Health setting, clinical placements will be considered
\xe2\x80\x93 Passion for helping individuals with a Mental Health diagnosis
Salary and Benefits
This Registered Mental Health nurse position offers a competitive salary of up to \xc2\xa338,000 per annum (DOE), newly qualified nurses will receive a lower salary during their preceptorship. You will also be entitled to a \xc2\xa33,000 Welcome Bonus, while offering a leading benefit package that includes.
