Overview

Compass Associates is thrilled to be working with one of the leading providers of Private Mental Health and Wellbeing services in the United Kingdom who operate from one dedicated Mental Health hospital in Marylebone. This leading provider of mental health services are proud to be known as Central London\'s only and leading private mental health hospital specialising in general mental health, including Addictions and Eating Disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

In partnership together we are headhunting for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join the hospital\'s multidisciplinary team of highly qualified healthcare professionals made up of consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and therapists in order to assist the hospital in providing specialised and evidence based clinical treatment that has been proven to help tackle the issues faced by patients, whether this be tackling their addictions or exploring the underlying courses of an Eating Disorder diagnosis.

Job Breakdown

Shift Pattern

You will be working 37.5 hours per week as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. This will require you to work three shifts per week, spread over 7 days, including every other weekend. You will be rotated between day and night shifts as part of your employment, although you will only be asked to work 8 weeks of nights per year. Nights are divided into 4 shits per week.

Interview

Conducted through a 1 stage process with one of the hospitals Ward Managers, this can be conducted face-to-face or MS teams. The interview will most likely be competency based, with a primary focus on your prior experience working within a Mental Health setting.

Location

Marylebone is centrally located proving outstanding access to the London Tube system. Situated directly outside of the hospital is Marylebone Tube Station and offers great connections across the Bakerloo, District and Central lines.

Professional Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 Hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Mental Health Nursing
\xe2\x80\x93 A minimum of 1 years\' post qualification experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience working within a Mental Health setting, placements will be considered
\xe2\x80\x93 Hold no restrictions or your NMC or be under investigation

Salary and Benefits

This Registered Mental Health nurse position offers a competitive salary of up to \xc2\xa338,000 per annum (DOE), newly qualified nurses will receive a lower salary during their preceptorship. You will also be entitled to a \xc2\xa33,000 Welcome Bonus, while offering a leading benefit package that includes.
