As a Risk Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding McCarthy Stone's reputation, financial resilience, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the effective technical, contractual, and financial resolution of complex domestic property claims. You will bring a blend of construction knowledge, forensic thinking, and risk oversight to a dynamic and commercially impactful role.
Your expertise in building pathology, construction detailing, and damage causation will help you identify root issues, validate warranty claims, and recommend effective remediation strategies. Through your technical insight and advisory support, you'll influence smarter decisions, reduce future risk, and enhance claim outcomes across our nationwide portfolio.
