Risk & Best Practice Manager - Bath/Swindon/OxfordExcellent opportunity for a Risk & Best Practice Manager to join a UK Top 100 law firm.Our client is an award-winning UK law firm with offices spread across the South of England. They are currently looking for a Risk & Best Practice Manager to join their Risk & Best Practice team in either Bath, Swindon or Oxford.The role will involve assisting with the management of the firm's claims and complaints in a timely manner, liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders, providing regular complaints and claims management information, assisting with the management of the firm's GDPR compliance (including drafting Data Processing Agreements, managing Subject Access Requests and advising on matters of confidentiality and privilege), reviewing the firm's contracts and retainer terms, providing legal advice in relation to risk and compliance matters (e.g. money laundering), etc.To be considered, you must have experience in risk & compliance gained from a law firm.On offer is a very competitive salary of up to xc2xa365,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
