Overview
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s largest specialist provider of home-care services for people with complex needs across the nation. The providers are rated \xe2\x80\x9cGood\xe2\x80\x9d by the CQC, and are reputed for their bespoke nurse-managed care, given to both adults and children and covering diagnoses such as neurological and neuromuscular conditions, including (but not limited to) Spinal and Brain Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Huntington\xe2\x80\x99s Disease, Parkinson\xe2\x80\x99s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Respiratory conditions, Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy.

The company has become well-established and are continuously developing their care provision. In order to match their significant growth, Compass Associates are collaborating with them to seek an experienced Community Complex Care Nurse to join their multi-skilled team as a Regional Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will manage their own case load of complex care clients, liaise with the MDT, and provide mentorship for the care teams.

Location
The role requires hybrid working, with time spent working from home, within your remit in Norwich, and weekly visits to the nearby office.

About You
\xe2\x80\x93 RGN & active UK NMC registration
\xe2\x80\x93 Full UK Drivers licence & access to own vehicle
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of working within a Complex / Critical care setting is essential, such as ICU, ITU, CCU, HDU, A&E, Anaesthesia, and Theatre
-Experience with Ventilation & Tracheostomy
\xe2\x80\x93 Management experience (desirable)
