• Delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to each residentxe2x80x99s needs.
• Administering medications and managing treatments in line with care plans.
• Monitoring and recording residentxe2x80x99s health conditions and progress.
• Collaborating with care teams to maintain excellent care standards.
• Promoting residentxe2x80x99s dignity, independence, and well-being.

What we need from you:

• A valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• 6 months experience.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a caring nature.
• Reliability and adaptability to different working environments.
• Valid Right to work in the UK
• PVG update required through ASA
