Contract Position based at: Warwick

Umbrella Rate: \xc2\xa334.82/hr

INSIDE IR35

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Scan and analyse the external environment to identify best practices and initiatives and develop processes
  • Keep abreast of key trends and industry movements by developing strong external networks
  • Ensure effective deployment of Human Resources approaches and tools
  • Drive effective practices through collaboration with the wider HR community to upskill across the organisation
  • Launch initiatives by utilising project management techniques to ensure the achievement of planned outcomes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective Change Management on projects
  • Work collaboratively with other Centre of Expertise colleagues and senior stakeholders in order to deliver a coherent strategy to the business
  • Identify and work with contracted Change Management personnel to ensure alignment of approach to standard practices
  • Negotiate and influence senior management and other stakeholders where appropriate
  • Represent the Company\'s best interests and the employer brand and integrity when attending meetings and negotiating with external parties on a local and national level
  • Apply working knowledge of key HR practices, best practices and industry knowledge when negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience of working in similar role with a proven track record of delivery of successful Organisation Capability projects
  • Experience of stakeholder management and networking skills
  • Proven experience of Process Development, Capability Development and Upskilling
  • Experience of Business Influencing and Contracting
  • Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
Preferred:
  • Strong track record of successful Stakeholder Management, specifically the ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports
Education

Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
